How much of my time does it take?
Expect a deeper onboarding conversation, then about an hour a month to review priorities and approve work. We operate the engine; you supply business context and run your business.
Do you use AI?
Yes, as a power tool behind the scenes for speed and consistency. Strategy and quality control stay human.
Do I need existing content?
No. We can build from scratch, or turn what you already have into the first assets in your system.
How long until I see results?
The first month establishes the strategy, baseline, and initial system components. Visibility can improve early; trust, qualified leads, and customers compound over time. The first 90 days are used to build, launch, learn, and refine—not to promise overnight results.
What assets and accounts do I own?
You retain ownership of the business assets created specifically for you, including approved social media content, videos, graphics, captions, blog content, email content, brand-specific content libraries, and related copy. Website, analytics, email, CRM, automation, and social media accounts created specifically for your business should be owned by you, with you retaining administrator access. We may use third-party tools to operate the system, but your business assets and accounts remain yours.
What happens if I cancel?
Work continues through the end of your current paid billing period. No new recurring work is created after cancellation. You retain your completed assets and account access. We provide a reasonable handoff of completed files, credentials, workflows, and documentation. Third-party software subscriptions remain your responsibility, and any unpaid invoices must be settled before the final handoff.
